This policy explains the intended handling of information you provide through the Health Well Solution website. Please read it before submitting a form.

Contact and booking forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, topic, preferred date or time and general enquiry message. The newsletter form collects your email address. Please do not submit sensitive health information, medical records, insurance identifiers or payment details.

- To review and respond to general enquiries.
- To contact you about a conversation request you submitted.
- To process newsletter subscription or unsubscribe requests.
- To maintain website security and address misuse.
3. Email processing
The included PHP scripts use PHP's mail() function to send form messages to info@healthwellsolution.com. Successful delivery depends on server mail configuration. These starter scripts do not create a secure health-record system or guarantee email delivery. Hosting providers may process technical logs.
4. Health information and limitations
This is a general enquiry website, not a clinical portal. Do not send private medical details through these forms. If you need care, contact a licensed healthcare provider directly; for emergencies, contact local emergency services.
5. Newsletter choices
You may submit an unsubscribe request through the unsubscribe page. The starter implementation emails the request to the business but does not automatically update a separate mailing list. A production system should maintain a suppression list and promptly honour opt-out requests.
6. Cookies and external resources
This template does not intentionally set marketing cookies. It loads photographs from third-party image services, which may receive technical information when your browser requests those assets. Locally host properly licensed images if you want to reduce third-party requests.
7. Security, sharing and retention
Information may be processed by website hosting and email providers to operate the site and respond to your request. Use HTTPS, secure hosting, access controls and appropriate retention practices. No internet transmission is completely secure.
8. Your choices and policy updates
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may update this policy by posting a new version.
